Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with expertise in digital marketing, social media management, website content development, and marketing material creation . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Prior healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM).
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, and email marketing.
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and analytics to optimize performance.
Website & Content Management
- Oversee and update website content to ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance website functionality and brand consistency.
- Track website analytics and implement strategies to improve traffic and conversions.
Marketing Materials & Brand Development
- Design and create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital assets.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and messaging.
- Develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories to showcase company achievements.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and printers for production needs.
Campaign Strategy & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and track ROI.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to refine marketing approaches.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
- Graphic design experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar .
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing data to drive decision-making.
