Marketing Manager – CStoreMaster About the Role

As our  Marketing Manager , you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across multiple channels. You’ll oversee everything from brand storytelling and content marketing to digital advertising and customer loyalty initiatives, ensuring CStoreMaster continues to attract and retain convenience store owners and operators. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role—ideal for a marketing generalist who thrives on variety, blends creativity with data-driven decision-making, and is eager to elevate our brand in the wholesale distribution space.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Content Strategy
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that strengthens CStoreMaster’s brand identity and increases industry visibility.
  • Create and manage a content calendar with consistent messaging across email, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee  social media management , ensuring engaging, relevant, and high-quality content across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Craft compelling marketing campaigns that communicate the value of CStoreMaster’s product offerings to convenience store owners and industry partners.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
  • Lead multi-channel marketing efforts, including email, paid advertising, SEO, and partnerships, to attract new customers.
  • Identify and test new customer acquisition strategies to optimize conversion rates and long-term retention.
  • Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending and a strong return on investment.
Customer Engagement & Retention
  • Develop and execute loyalty programs and engagement initiatives that encourage repeat purchases and long-term customer relationships.
  • Oversee email and SMS marketing campaigns to keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and industry insights.
  • Support marketing efforts for expansion into new markets, ensuring strong brand presence and customer adoption.
Performance & Optimization
  • Monitor key marketing metrics, analyzing performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and iterative content improvements.
  • Own reporting on key marketing KPIs, using data to refine strategy and enhance effectiveness.
Who You Are

✅  Experienced Marketer – 3-5+ years in a marketing role, ideally in brand development, growth marketing, or B2B sales.

✅  Creative & Strategic – You excel at storytelling and brand-building while also making data-driven decisions.

✅  Multi-Channel Generalist – Comfortable working across email, paid media, SEO, and content marketing.

✅  Social Media Savvy – You understand how to create and manage content that drives engagement across digital platforms.

✅  Data-Driven – You track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.

✅  Customer-Focused – You understand what drives engagement and know how to build lasting relationships.

✅  Self-Starter – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to execute projects effectively.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in  wholesale distribution, B2B marketing, or the convenience store industry .
  • Background in  eCommerce, retail, or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) .
  • Familiarity with tools like  Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms .
