We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, an international hose manufacturer with US offices and a plant in Anderson, IN, and overall sales of excess $300mio.

Position
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee marketing activities for our client's main brand (sold in the main Hardware and Home Improvements national chains) and a standalone online brand. This role involves managing relationships with marketing agencies and social media, focusing on B2C marketing and e-retailers. The position reports to the US President and has dotted line reports to the E-Commerce Division Manager and Marketing Manager - Garden Division in Italy, as well as the Product Manager and Graphic Designer in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for B2C and e-retailers.
- Manage ad campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and handle social media.
- Trade show attendance
- Bridge the gap between the US subsidiary and HQ in Italy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing and e-retailers.
- Requires prior experience in supervising a team.
- Proven track record in managing ad campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Additional Information:
- Hybrid role with sporadic travel.
- The company is expanding operations in the Indianapolis area, aiming for 120 employees at the plant level.
- Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
