Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay: $60k-$70k mannual salary + discretionary year end bonus
Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our business development and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience and a background in marketing or a related field such as architecture, engineering, interior design, or graphic design.
Responsibilities:
- Interview staff and develop their resumes to support proposal preparation and business development efforts.
- Assist in the creation and production of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality materials that effectively represent the company.
- Identify and generate leads for building envelope restoration projects.
- Collaborate with the Content Development Manager to create and upload case studies and other content to the company website.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (architecture, engineering, interior design, graphic design, etc.).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
