LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator with 2+ years of experience for a contract opportunity with a manufacturing organization in Durham, NC . This position is fully onsite. It’s an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated, results-driven team while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with objectives and target audiences.
- Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Manage and maintain daily social media presence, posting across multiple platforms.
- Write engaging copy for daily social media posts.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy and content calendar.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on event days.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure future success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Suite.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
Employment Type:
- 3-6 month contract with potential for extension.
