LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator with 2+ years of experience for a contract opportunity with a manufacturing organization in Durham, NC . This position is fully onsite. It’s an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated, results-driven team while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with objectives and target audiences.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Manage and maintain daily social media presence, posting across multiple platforms.
  • Write engaging copy for daily social media posts.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on event days.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure future success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.

Employment Type:

  • 3-6 month contract with potential for extension.
