Key Responsibilities:
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to shape marketing and product strategies.
- Leverage AAARRR framework to analyze and optimize the customer journey.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop and refine value propositions, positioning statements, and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences.
- Create compelling sales enablement materials , including product briefs, presentations, and case studies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution:
- Lead product launches , defining the best GTM approach to maximize adoption and market penetration.
- Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention .
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on key business objectives.
Demand Generation & Campaign Performance:
- Inbound Marketing: Execute SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies to attract and nurture leads.
- Outbound Marketing: Manage direct outreach campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and event-based marketing initiatives .
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to personalize communication and improve customer retention.
- Design customer advocacy programs and initiatives to drive referrals and long-term engagement.
- Partner with customer success teams to gather insights and enhance customer experience strategies .
Web & App Analytics:
- Track and optimize digital performance using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms .
- Implement A/B testing to improve marketing assets and optimize conversion rates.
- Drive data-driven decision-making for marketing strategies.
AI & Marketing Technology:
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools for content automation, market analysis, and campaign optimization .
- Stay ahead of MarTech innovations and recommend tools that enhance marketing efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach to market positioning.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders , translating product features into customer-centric benefits.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing , ideally within the SaaS industry .
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong background in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation .
- Expertise in AAARRR framework and customer journey optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing, and automation tools .
- Proficiency in web and app analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
- Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools for automation and insights.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills , with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align marketing with product and sale.
