Will be responsible for providing program management support for key 360 Marketing initiatives. Will require knowledge on the implementation of marketing projects. Will track related to the marketing processes, required dependencies and key deliverables. Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s/University degree
- 2-5 years of corporate Marketing experience.
- Strong Program Management experience
- Experience in retail bank/financial services industry.
- Experience creating a comprehensive 360 marketing campaign plans for new products and services.
- Experience managing internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
- Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
- Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with Branded Card Services
- Experience with traditional and digital marketing tactics inlcuding multiple platforms and channels
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the team in the development of comprehensive 360 marketing campaign plans for new products and services.
- Manage and track comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, identifying key dependencies (tech, agency, controls, approvals, budgets, etc.) and developing reports to provide transparency to the organization.
- Track key decisions, risks and challenges and promptly escalating concerns to the program team.
- Support the 360 Program Managers in key meetings which engage stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Controls and Tech.
- Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
