The Air Combat Command's 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW), 346th Cyber Test and Evaluation Squadron (346 CTES) plans, executes, and contributes as both an operational and participating test organization in a full array of operational tests of various cyber weapons in coordination with the 318 Range Squadron (318RANS) who provides instrumented cyber range services, through both physical hardware and virtual systems.

In support of this mission, ANALYGENCE is seeking a Technical Writer to produce cyber and range documentation and document policies and procedures for constructing and archiving technical reports. In this role, you will be responsible for to provide the following support:
  • Develop technical content in a clear and logical way to present information for reader comprehension.
  • Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions to create an in-depth understanding of the policies and procedures.
  • Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are addressed
  • Analyze information required for the development or update of the policy/procedure
  • Provide technical editing services during all phases of projects, including formatting, editing, proof reading (e.g., Rough order magnitudes (ROM) cost estimates, Test support agreements (TSA), test and assessment plans, data management analysis plans (DMAPS), test and range procedure documentation, test and assessment reports, network security related regulations, policies and guidance training, standard operating procedures, informational materials, technical publications, range network diagrams, flow charts and graphical images, and documents in support of all test and range functions
  • Create tutorials to help end-users understand the requirements of the mission.
  • Design, build, implement, and maintain a knowledge management framework that provides end-users access to the organization's intellectual capital
  • Document and review system related changes
  • Promote knowledge sharing between information owners/users through an organization's operational processes and systems.


Requirements

  • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
  • Experience in writing and revising documents tailored to the highest levels of the U.S Government/DoD
  • Knowledge of the organization's core business/mission processes
  • Excellent command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation with strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience using a variety of software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of Cloud-based knowledge management technologies and concepts related to security, governance, procurement, and administration
  • Knowledge of the principal methods, procedures, and techniques of gathering information and producing, reporting, and sharing information
  • Skill in using knowledge management technologies
  • Ability to match the appropriate knowledge repository technology for a given application or environment.
