SUMMARY
The Technical Operations Coordinator is the primary asset coordinator for media receipt and ingest to our MAM. Responsibilities include but not limited to, ensuring all assets ingested meet Hallmark Media's formatting and spec requirements and are ingested with proper metadata as well as assisting and supporting the needs and workflows surrounding all original and acquired content. This position will support the first line of contact when initiating and on-boarding for Frame.IO, HM's in-production asset review tool. In addition, this position will provide support to all other departments' media needs, including creation and distribution of physical assets (i.e. drives, dvd's, blu-rays) and end user support to assist in identifying and distributing assets in our MAM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, analyze, and ingest media assets into our MAM with proper metadata.
- Provide individual first tier end user support to internal users of Technical Operation's platforms, primarily Frame.IO and the MAM.
- Monitor emails, Teams, andour ticketing system for support requests and resolve or escalate those tickets accordingly.
- On-board and train new users to Frame.IO. Provide ongoing training and support as updates are available.
- Analyze, prioritize, and categorize support and/or service requests from HM's ticketing system.
- Provide first tier support for our MAM, Frame.IO, XDAM, etc.
- Provide support for International servicing and fulfillment.
- Track and update workflow information for movies and series via FileMaker.
- Maintain process and standards for media nomenclature.
- Stay current with latest broadcast/streaming technologies and administrative requirements.
- Additional duties as assigned by Tech Ops Production Manager.
Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years working in TV, Film, or Video Post Production facility.
- Experience working in an editing environment using central MAM for assets.
- Experience with A/V transcoding and post-production workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Mac OS X and Windows.
