We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, creative-thinking, data-driven, and action-oriented professional as Marketing Manager (Content and Operations) to lead our live broadcast initiatives and to oversee and optimize VNGS marketing operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading successful broadcast events, anticipating business needs, and implementing solutions. This person must have experience in leading live broadcast teams and creative production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live streaming, digital marketing, and project management, driving audience engagement and brand awareness through successful live broadcasts. This candidate is highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and adept at operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Take main responsibility, lead, coordinate, and manage all marketing operations and content, material production (in various formats such as infographic, artwork design, video, etc., and especially in live broadcast/webinar production).
  2. Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of live broadcasts and videos across various platforms.
  3. Collaborate with content creators and production teams to develop compelling live content that aligns with the brand's vision.
  4. Manage all technical aspects of live broadcasts, ensuring high-quality production standards.
  5. Stay current with digital video streaming and interactive video technologies and suggest ongoing efficiencies and improvements.
  6. Monitor project progress, from inspiration to execution, including conceptualizing, writing, managing editorial, branded graphics, and content to ensure all approvals are obtained and deadlines are met.
  7. Have a strong understanding of outsourcing vendors in Vietnam and work closely with external vendors (production houses, influencers, writers, etc.) when required.
  8. Develop and implement efficient marketing processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Assist in developing the marketing budget and monitor spending to ensure compliance with financial objectives.
  10. Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for senior management.

Minimum requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in live broadcasting, digital marketing, or project management.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
  4. Strong understanding of live streaming technologies and platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Facebook Live, TikTok, Webinar, or other broadcast media services) with management of operations teams.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with audiences and collaborate with teams.
  7. Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and drive performance.
  8. Experience with video production (including pre-and-post production) using software and video monitoring tools.
  9. Consider solutions from multiple perspectives, including security, performance, scalability, compatibility, quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
  10. Motivational, time management, and people management skills.
  11. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
  12. Work both remotely and onsite at the studio when required.
  13. Some work will be required outside of normal business hours.

Preferred qualifications:
  1. Experience working in B2B marketing, subscriptions, consumer products, and/or e-commerce live broadcast.
  2. Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  3. Experience in event planning and project management.
