UX Manager with B1 Visa (Mandatory)

We are looking for UX Designer folks, to turn our Enterprise software and Mobile Application into easy-to-use products for our clients.Key responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with Enterprise software/ mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders, product managers and developersIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemapsDesign graphic user interface elements/ components/ iconsDevelop UI mock-ups/ user flow/ prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look likePrepare and present initial drafts to internal teams and key stakeholdersIdentify and troubleshoot UX problemsConduct iterations based on user feedbackAdhere to style standards on typography, colours and hierarchyAttention to detail with quick turnaround timeCreate visual graphics for internal communication as per requirementJob requirements and qualificationsProven work experience as a UX Designer or similar rolePortfolio of design projectsKnowledge of wireframe tools like Adobe XD (primary) and FigmaWorking knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorKnowledge of platform specific design standards like Android, IOS etcTeam spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersGood time-management skillsReady to learn new software and tools as per requirementShould have Valid B1 visaSoft & Other Skills:Excellent Communication skills (MUST Have)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively independently and/or as part of a teamMust be a Team Player with a Positive attitude.Good grasping and learning abilitiesPerks:5 days’ work weekCompetitive salaryFlexible timingsAbout CG Infinity:Headquartered in Texas, CG Infinity is one of the fastest growing software service companies in the region with 300+ strong team members in Dallas, Houston, Albuquerque, Little Rock and New Delhi, India.
