As the Product Marketing Director focused on Go-to-Market activities, you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies for our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product positioning, messaging, and launch initiatives are aligned with business objectives and activated across global sales teams. Your insights will directly influence product adoption, market share growth, and customer engagement. What to expect?
We’re looking for an innovative and strategic Product Marketing Director to lead GTM efforts as we continue to expand our product offerings and customer base. This role is critical in shaping the strategy and execution of our GTM plans to drive revenue growth and market presence, and the ideal candidate will have experience with: Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute the overall GTM strategy for the product portfolio, including product and feature launches and updates, strategy, execution and measurement of sales plays, and coordination with marketing strong product and customer proof within integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure alignment with business goals, target audience needs, and market opportunities. Market Research & Analysis:
Coordinate market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Use insights to shape product positioning, messaging, and segmentation. Competitive & Industry-focused Positioning & Messaging:
Lead a small team of PMMs focused on messaging tailored to various buyer personas, use cases and industries, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints, including sales enablement materials, campaigns, and more. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to define product value propositions, develop collateral, and create sales tools that enable successful product adoption. Sales Enablement:
Provide training and resources to sales teams to ensure they are equipped to communicate the value of our products effectively and close deals. Track and measure sales performance post-launch. Customer Advocacy & Feedback:
Collaborate with the Customer Success and Customer Advocacy teams to gather feedback and incorporate customer insights into future product development and messaging. Metrics & Performance Tracking:
Establish KPIs to measure the success of GTM activities, track performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for future strategies. What you need to be successful?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketer Director+ Ability to demonstrate a well-established Product Marketing playbook Experience finding new areas of product-market fit, then bringing brand new products to market — you have an innovative mindset (and a track record to prove it) A successful and referenceable track record of helping drive product adoption and revenue for a SaaS software product Experience building sales enablement programs and content to support product understanding Experience analyzing and activating new pricing and packaging options Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and market insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with sales enablement, content creation, and developing sales training programs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment. What’s in it for you?
