What you'll do:
- Work with the Lead Creative Designer to bring the polish and finishing touches to all Lakepointe's videos and live environments.
- Receive and implement daily feedback and direction on multiple projects at a time
- Contribute to the team to ensure that your projects are staying on track from concept to completion via processes such as ideation, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and delivery
- Coordinate with Graphic Design Team to maintain the integrity between initial looks and the final product to keep all delivered assets in sync
- Continually benchmark with other organizations and producers in the industry to bring inspiration to the team
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship
- Bachelor's degree in film production, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working in video production, with an emphasis in graphics/motion/animation
- A strong portfolio that showcases creativity and stunning visual details
- Proficient with video production software and hardware, including cameras, tripods, lighting equipment, sound equipment, Premiere, After Effects; Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Proven strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and execute projects on time and on budget
