Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Austin, TX. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management activities on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Brand Representation:
Serve as the face and voice of our brand, embodying our values and messaging in a positive and authentic manner.
Engagement and Interaction:
Actively engage with customers, clients, and the community to build brand awareness and create lasting impressions.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Event Participation:
Attend promotional events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote our brand and create a memorable experience for potential customers.
Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input for improving products, services, and overall brand perception.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities. A genuine passion for the brand and its values. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus. Experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
