As a
US Operations Analyst
on the
Map Operations team , you will be responsible for testing both existing and new tools, leading pilot projects, and collaborating with the engineering and product teams to transition these projects into full production
Pay:
$37-$40/hr. Location:

Details about the role: Drive the execution of pilot projects, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to identify key insights and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams, particularly in India, to rigorously test and successfully roll out system improvements. Ensure seamless integration and effectiveness of these enhancements. Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to transition newly piloted projects into production. Ensure that these guidelines are clear, actionable, and scalable for broader implementation. Analyze both existing and new pilot processes to uncover patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement. Propose and implement strategic improvements to optimize operations. Maintain clear and consistent communication with peers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles. Provide actionable feedback and recommendations for tool improvements that will enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with development teams to ensure these enhancements are implemented. Act as the first point of contact for production operations when tool issues arise. Diagnose, triage, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of any technical challenges. Perform in-depth analyses to uncover insights that drive process improvements. Share findings and recommendations with relevant teams to inform decision-making. Provide regular updates through weekly reports, detailing progress, challenges, and successes in ongoing projects and initiatives. Ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged in the process.
What you bring: 3 - 4 years of experience. Bachelor Degree You have experience in leading a team You are competitive and thrive in fast paced virtual environment You are a self-starter - you learn independently and stay motivated with limited direction You have startup energy and hustle - you are comfortable quickly adapting as we build the project You are a team player You are familiar with Google Docs suite (G-sheet and G-docs) You have good stakeholder management skills Knowledge on QGIS and SQL Having AV, Data collection and HD Maps labeling experience is a plus
