Primary Responsibilities:
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
- Translates concepts into practice
- Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
- Responsible for arranging the booking, set-up, and establishment of company presence at events and exhibits

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED
- Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
- 4+ years of event planning or marketing experience within a matrix organization
- 4+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment
- 4+ years of experience using communications and interpersonal skills (internal/external)
- 4+ years of experience in meeting sales promotion/marketing targets
- 4+ years of experience using organizational skills
- 4+ years of proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
