User Experience Designer/Developer

Position Overview
The UX Designer will play a critical role in designing and improving user experiences for enterprise applications. This individual will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing designs while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and modern design tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business goals and translate them into effective user experiences.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and design trends to continuously improve UI/UX practices.
- Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices in all design efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling and intuitive user experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 45/hr to 50/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
