The Visual Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Creative & Visual team in bringing the Brand vision to life. This role works across the Visual & Creative teams to manage, execute, and drive projects based on the Visual & Creative Calendar timelines. Review and adjust strategies to align with current business trends by floorset. This role is a balance of creativity and operations.

Your Impact

  • Strong team values, a passion for creating and following a process, and an understanding of advocating a creative vision are necessary.
  • This role will be responsible for managing projects for the Visual & Visual Concept team.
  • Work in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising leaders to create & manage the distribution of visual elements and maintain the element matrix.
  • Work closely with Brand Guide, Field Communication, and Field Visual to ensure the creative vision comes to life for our customers.
  • Demonstrates initiative and innovation using a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to forecast & manage Creative budgets.
  • Flexibility with last-minute changes in schedules or tasks.
  • Flexible in one's viewpoints to support the direction given by others.
  • Initiate and promote creative ideas that drive the business.
  • Be a strong leader - be a leader with peers and manage up effectively.
  • Project management strength - able to plan, multitask, prioritize, organize, and delegate work effectively.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven strength in problem analysis and decision-making.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Conduct regular Victoria's Secret store visits to ensure familiarity with the brand and maintain customer intimacy.
  • Ability to travel when needed including frequent travel to NYC & Columbus.
  • Requires 2-3 days in office each week to align with team workload.

Your Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience managing, executing, and presenting complex visual merchandising vision and process
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in advertising, marketing, media production project management (or related field)
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Art, or related area
  • Computer skills: Excel, Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, Sketchup experience preferred
