Title: Fire Protection Systems Designer
Location: Fitchburg, WI (onsite)
Duration: Full time permanent

Note:

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience with fire protection systems design and will have knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software. Hydra CAD experience preferred.

• We are seeking a Fire Protection Designer to join the team of our client, a reputable construction firm in Madison.

• This is an in office role, and will require candidates to live or relocate to the Madison, WI area.
• The successful candidate will be designing fire protection systems for client projects.

• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, & Navisworks are required
• Knowledge of fire protection codes
• Perform hydraulic calculations with 3rd party design software (HydraCAD)
• 2-5 years minimum experience designing/engineering/coordinating fire protection systems required
• Previous fire protection field install experience a bonus

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work individually and within team environments
• Flexible with work schedule to meet demands of construction projects
