Design Solutions Coordinator or Team Leader
Role Overview:
As a Design Solutions Coordinator, you will play a key role in engaging potential and existing clients, ensuring a seamless experience that leads to booked Solution Design Meetings. Your focus will be on nurturing leads, creatively increasing engagement, and positioning our company as the go-to expert in restroom design solutions, especially for high-traffic environments like airports, commercial buildings, and public facilities.
In addition to outbound marketing campaign support, you will proactively reach out to architects and designers to explore their upcoming projects and position our solutions early in the design process. As you grow in the role and demonstrate success, you will also take on leadership responsibilities—hiring, training, and managing a team of outreach specialists to scale our client engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Lead Management
• Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and personalized video messaging (Vidyard) to introduce our restroom design solutions.
• Support outbound marketing campaigns, making targeted calls to engage leads and secure Solution Design Meetings.
• Follow up promptly with inbound leads to ensure fast response times and maximize conversion rates. • Call existing clients (architects, designers, and decision-makers) to check in on their upcoming projects and introduce new solutions.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover client needs and position our solutions early in the design process.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up notes using HubSpot CRM and leverage Apollo.io for targeted prospecting and outreach.
Creative Engagement Strategies & Thought Leadership
• Develop video email outreach (Vidyard), industry-specific documents, and engaging presentations to capture client interest and drive them into meetings.
• Tailor messaging to address pain points unique to high-traffic environments (e.g., airports, stadiums, commercial buildings) and showcase our expertise in durable, efficient, and sustainable restroom solutions. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop educational content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, or insights on restroom design trends) that establish our company as an industry thought leader.
• Experiment with new engagement methods, such as interactive PDFs, industry reports, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized video messages (Vidyard).
Outbound Phone Work & Existing Client Outreach
• Conduct targeted outbound calls as part of marketing campaigns, ensuring strong lead conversion.
• Call existing architects and designers to check in on upcoming projects and position our solutions at the early planning stages.
• Stay informed about industry trends and upcoming projects by regularly engaging with key industry players.
• Keep detailed notes in HubSpot CRM to support follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Management & Leadership
• As demand grows, recruit and onboard new team members to expand outreach and engagement efforts. • Train and mentor new hires on effective client engagement strategies, creative outreach techniques, and consultative selling using HubSpot, Vidyard, and Apollo.io.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to optimize results.
• Develop scalable outreach processes and best practices to ensure consistency across the team.
