Assistant Community Manager

to support the operations of a dynamic community association. This role involves collaborating with the Community Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent resident relations. Responsibilities include: Assist with the management of day-to-day operations of the community association. Act as a point of contact for residents, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns. Coordinate maintenance requests and manage vendor relationships. Prepare and maintain community documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with community policies and regulations. Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Knowledge of community association operations and regulations is a plus. .
