Job Title: Work Authorization Coordinator Duration: 5 Months Location: Orlando, FL

JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as the point of contact for work authorization management as well as maintenance for third-party workers. Provides verification and documentation of work authorization during preboarding. Manages authorization eligibility during the entire life cycle of a Team Member. Ensures organizational compliance for work authorization regulations and retention policies.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supporting the completion of Form I-9 for all new and rehired Team Members. Ensures work authorization documents presented, are not expired, and meet USCIS/DHS guidelines. Validates I-9 data transmission to eVerify for each I-9 completed. Reviews results and responds to cases as applicable to ensure case closure within the timelines defined by USCIS. Manages appointments for I-9 completion. Available appointments are determined, created in system, and assigned as offers are made. Adhering to scheduled times is imperative. Supports reschedules as applicable to ensure data completed prior to anticipated start date. Maintains an open line of communication with our third-party partners to receive and maintain updated, active information for entry into our systems. Coordinates orientation availability with Talent Development and enrolls Team Members and third-party workers into orientations, as applicable. Communicates expected attendance and tracks and reports on completion of class accordingly. Retains and secures documentation as applicable to support eVerify, Child Labor Law requirements and compliance with all mandatory requirements. Maintains documentation in accordance with retention policies. Maintains confidentiality. Performs audits to ensure I-9's are maintained for entire population as required. Identifies authorizations that are expiring and work with the Team Member to obtain new documents and update the I-9 as necessary. Ensures compliance. Generates regular audits to identify active employees within the technical solution and distributes reports/information to our partners to ensure terminations are captured and updated timely. Provide support and answer questions from supporting departments regarding the status of third-party onboarding activities and access. Partners with our Human Resources and Technology teams to ensure data is passed to the appropriate internal systems to support badging, timekeeping and perks approved for the various third- parties as applicable. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Data Entry Guest Service Microsoft Office Products

EDUCATION:

High School degree or GED preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

1+ year: Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Organizational skills and ability to multi-task are important. Strong Guest Service Skills.
