We’re looking for a Studio Manager who will take our growing boutique Pilates studio to the next level. What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Sales & Revenue Growth
Lead and motivate a sales team to hit (and exceed!) revenue goals.
Drive membership growth through strategic outreach and engagement.
Optimize retail sales, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
Monitor and manage membership freezes, renewals, and retention.
✨ Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-energy sales and front desk team.
Create a fun, motivating culture that drives performance and engagement.
Implement creative, individualized sales coaching strategies.
Lead monthly sales meetings, tracking KPIs and setting growth goals.
✨ Marketing & Community Engagement
Oversee organic marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, and member engagement.
Plan and execute member appreciation events, referral programs, and partnerships.
Develop local business relationships to drive lead generation and studio awareness.
✨ Studio Operations & Member Experience
Ensure a seamless new member onboarding experience.
Maintain an inviting, brand-aligned studio atmosphere.
Manage class scheduling, studio calendars, and retail inventory.
Monitor feedback and continuously improve the client experience.
