This role is within Chamberlain Group's Marketing department and Corporate Communications & Creative function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Shoot best in class still and video content as needed by the business (ii) Collaboratively conceptualize, develop, produce, and deliver best in class still, motion graphic and video assets for a wide range of platforms and channels, both internal and external, (iii) Develop and deliver creative materials to support global communication campaigns related to recruitment, engagement and business initiatives, and (iii) Organize, maintain and continuously refine our creative assets to support employer brand, communications and channel strategy. Education requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study. Experience requirements: 5+ years of related work experience, photography and videography experience with DSLR Cameras; experience with audio recording and monitoring and video production/post production, preferably in a corporate setting.
Job Responsibilities: Collaboratively conceptualize, develop, produce, and deliver best in class still, motion graphic and video assets for a wide range of platforms and channels, both internal and external.
Independently shoot best in class still and video content as needed
Independently edit best in class still and video content as needed.
Develop and deliver creative materials to support global communication campaigns related to recruitment, engagement and business initiatives.
Responsible for pre-production work including concept and script development, storyboarding, location and talent (often not paid talent, employees and/or customers) scouting and preparation
Collaborate with internal business partners to determine content production and asset needs and build plans to develop monthly and quarterly outputs.
Organize, maintain and continuously refine our creative assets to support employer brand, communications and channel strategy.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Job Requirements: BS/BA degree Marketing, video production, design, or related field
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Photography and video experience with DSLR Cameras
Experience with audio recording and monitoring
Experience with exporting/delivering various video codecs
Strong knowledge of video editing and graphic design software
Advanced knowledge of Davinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of and comfort working in an Office 365 environment
Knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Teams
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed

The payrange for this position is $73,000 - $117,850; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
