AP Specialist CO Job at Creative Financial Staffing in Boulder

Stable and growing company located in Boulder has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist their team!
The Accounts Payable Specialists will report to the AP Supervisor
The Accounts Payable Specialists will work within a team of 3 in accounts payable.
Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:
- high volume, full cycle accounts payable processing in larger ERP system.
- manage the accounts payable inbox
- each invoice also has a detailed description that needs to be entered into the system
- vendor communication and reconciliations
- multiple entities
Accounts Payable Specialist Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years of accounts payable experience
- intermediate Excel skills
- strong data entry and accounts payable skills
- experience with larger ERP is highly desired
- attention to detail
- basic MS Office skills
Hours for Accounts Payable Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibility) in a business-casual environment (jeans are okay!)
Can be hybrid after training. Will be 2 to 3 weeks of training.
