Responsibilities:

• As a Semi-Senior Audit Associate, you will directly supervise and help develop In-Charge Associates and Associates
• You will manage multiple engagements, demonstrate excellent communication skills and apply your advanced technical competencies.
• You will identify new business development opportunities through your strong client relationships.
• Your training will focus on specific technical areas and specializations as they align to your expertise and interests.
• You will be mentored by Partners, Directors, and Managers to guide your training and career progression with Brown Edwards
• Direct engagements by maintaining timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide leadership, supervision, training, and performance feedback to In-Charge Associates and Associates
• Develop business opportunities by expanding existing relationships with clients, maintaining personal networks, and participating in civic, business, and professional organizations.
• Participate in proposal development and other practice development/marketing activities.
• Financial statement preparation, project scheduling and budgeting as well as planning of the engagements and related administrative functions.
