Fanning Personnel
- Support the consultant relations team in responding to a large volume of consultant inquiries relating to new and existing business
- Complete quarterly RFIs / consultant questionnaires and ad hoc requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to time-sensitive, search driven questionnaires and/or requests
- Work closely with internal groups and parent company to gather information requested by consultants
- Work with legal and compliance to ensure that all information communicated externally is legally approved
- Use internal systems to run and compile large amounts of data needed for RFIs
- Create customized data breakouts to meet the specific breakouts requested by consultants
- Support consultant relations in developing and maintaining positive relationships within the consultant community
- Review product profiles in consultant databases for accuracy in relation to search requests
- Bachelor's degree required
- Working towards CFA or MBA a plus
- 3+ years of experience working at an investment management firm
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Acute and consistent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of fixed income, equity and alternatives investment terminology and data points
- Strong collaboration and project management skills; ability to work effectively with various departments and staff to compile information needed for RFIs under very tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and juggle various urgent deliverables at once.
