The Role:
We are seeking a Senior UX Engineer to elevate the user experience of our platform, enhance customer onboarding, evolve feature discovery and monetization, and refine data visualization and reporting. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive interfaces that help customers track field execution, monitor compliance, and optimize real-time operations.
- Design and implement intuitive, data-driven interfaces that improve user engagement, reduce friction in onboarding, and drive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable front-end applications using React and modern front-end frameworks.
- Enhance data visualization UX , making complex field execution data easy to interpret and act upon using Periscope/Sisense .
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align UX decisions with business impact.
- Own the development of a design system to ensure UI consistency across the platform.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to validate UX improvements.
- Optimize UI components and interactions to streamline common workflows such as campaign oversight, staffing compliance, and retail execution tracking.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that customer pain points are addressed through thoughtful design.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in front-end development and UX engineering.
- Expertise in React , including Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture.
- Experience integrating with GraphQL APIs , optimizing queries, and handling data fetching efficiently.
- Proven ability to collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments , working closely with product leadership and backend engineers to iterate on features.
- Experience designing and implementing data-heavy UI/UX solutions , including dashboards and analytics interfaces.
- Figma proficiency for collaborating on design iterations and refining UX.
- Background in productivity, collaboration, or workflow-related SaaS products.
- Proficiency in cloud-based environments, especially AWS.
- Familiarity with Postgres and Redshift for handling large datasets and optimizing queries for performance.
- Strong experience in data visualization and libraries (Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js), as well as experience using Periscope/Sisense or similar BI tools.
- Deep understanding of user onboarding UX and best practices for enterprise SaaS adoption.
- Experience working with APIs and backend services , including Node.js and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components) and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization for web applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills , with a track record of working effectively across teams.
- Bonus: Experience in field marketing, field operations, or retail execution software.
