Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Define and implement the global content strategy and editorial vision
- Build and lead the Global Content Center of Excellence
- Drive content transformation and innovation initiatives
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including research, business lines, campaigns, marketing functions, marketing channels, and thought leaders
- Ensure content strategy supports critical phases of a buyer journey
- Champion content excellence at the executive level globally
- Partner with Campaign Center of Excellence to align content strategy with campaign frameworks and objectives
Editorial Leadership & Research Integration
- Drive global editorial strategy across all content initiatives and channels
- Lead collaboration between Research and Marketing to maximize impact of insights
- Oversee development of thought leadership content and research campaigns
- Guide strategic research partnerships and content integration
- Direct multimedia content programs
- Ensure regional content aligns with global brand standards while meeting local needs
- Collaborate with Campaign COE to develop and execute integrated campaign content strategies
Organizational Capability Building
- Build and coach a high-performing team across geographies focused on creative problem solving, strong collaboration with partners and stakeholders, and producing innovative, impactful work
- Establish a global center of content expertise and excellence
- Develop capability frameworks and training programs
- Drive adoption of best practices and innovation globally
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between Content and Campaign teams
Content Strategy & Operations
- Align content initiatives with business objectives across markets including all channels (events, website, social media)
- Oversee persona-based content development for various stages of the customer journey
- Guide integration of research insights into content strategy
- Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs
- Drive efficiency and scalability in content operations
- Implement and oversee content governance frameworks
- Partner with Marketing Technology to develop technology requirements to support content business processes
- Align resources with Campaign COE to ensure seamless content delivery for global campaigns
- Develop a scalable production model leveraging internal, external, and JBS resources
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business line and functional leaders to drive content initiatives
- Collaborate with digital marketing, design, communications teams
- Manage relationships with external partners and thought leaders
- Drive alignment between and across internal teams
- Build consensus around content priorities and resource allocation
- Maintain strong partnership with Campaign COE leadership to ensure aligned strategies and execution
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of content strategy and editorial leadership experience
- 5+ years of global team leadership experience
- Proven track record of building content operations at scale
- Deep understanding of B2B content strategy and marketing
- Experience in research integration and thought leadership development
- Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level
- Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances

This role is an in-office role, based in Chicago or Dallas. Consideration will be given to other major market locations where JLL has an office.
Estimated total compensation for this position: 175,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per year
