Currently, we are hiring a Marketing & Community Outreach Associate to help with our community-based outreach campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving customer enrollment and expanding our client’s reach within the community. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of marketing expertise, presentation or public speaking skills, and a passion for community outreach.
General Responsibilities:
- This role involves direct customer engagement, with a focus on enrolling eligible customers in telecommunication services.
- Act as a liaison between the community and our clients' services.
- Work with fellow team members to brainstorm new strategies to expand brand awareness within the community.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
- Stay up to date on all client information.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Some experience in marketing or customer service based roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of audiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
