Marketing at Client is undergoing a major transformation and is seeking exceptional talent for the newly formed Marketing Shared Services organization. Marketing Shared Services is a centralized team that will lead the standardization and innovation of key functions, including Media, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Intelligence, across all four of Gap Inc.'s iconic brands.

What You'll Do

  • Manage video creative trafficking for Athleta, Client and BR brands, working closely with production and creative teams on asset delivery. Video trafficking inclusive of programmatic, direct, social and influencer video.
  • Support in asset management and trafficking for brand media assets - display banners, audio ads and custom content.
  • Lead standardization of airtable usage across client, Athleta and BR.
  • Work with channel activation and channel planning, brand marketing and creative teams on briefing video specs for product and brand stories.
  • Lead communication with media agency and creative teams, ensuring that all ads are launched in a timely manner and that best practices are followed.
  • Consistently manage workflows with creative teams and production teams and meet agency SLAs for campaigns.
  • Work with video team to regularly conduct research and due diligence to identify video innovation opportunities and best practices that will elevate Client's brands in the marketplace.
  • Establish and drive continuous improvements to creative workflows, by staying atop platform best practices and industry trends.
  • Support video team in sharing video insights for the Client portfolio.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years marketing experience with 3+ years experience in paid media.
  • Experience planning and executing brand media, programmatic and direct campaigns.
  • Knowledge of video landscape, creative best practices, and trends.
  • Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage up, down, and across.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, continuously improve ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking into your work.
