Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 base plus competitive equity.
Role Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Admin
- Head of GTM data
- Supporting the sales and marketing team
- Dashboards, reports and lists
- Lead scoring
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 - 6 years of experience in CRM administration, Salesforce Administration, Sales Ops/Marketing Ops/RevOps, systems architecture
- Some ETL/rETL, SQL
- Must have a SFDC certification
- Experience in scaling from seed to series A
- 2-4+ years at a high growth tech startup as Marketing Ops, Sales Ops or RevOps
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience integrating them with other enterprise platforms; connecting systems must be your bread and butter.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; effective written & verbal communicator
- High IQ/EQ, looking to be a great IC followed by growing into a department leader, guided by people with 10+ years of experience.
- High energy and excitement about the fintech space and willing to work hard towards our vision
Nice-to-haves:
- Bachelors in any STEM field
- Previous fintech or financial services experience
