Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing demand generation strategy for a $200M+ portfolio, including 3D Imaging, Digital Sensors, Intraoral Scanning, and Software. This role is part of a remote team across the US, with office space available in Quakertown, PA, or Brea, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategies : Create and implement marketing lead generation strategies and programs that align with the company’s overall business objectives. This includes email campaigns, paid social media, and paid search.
- Customer Segmentation : Define and segment customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies.
- Digital Marketing Execution : Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including content creation, landing pages, email editorial calendar, and monthly newsletters.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
- Data and Analytics : Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.
- Database Management : Evaluate and maintain marketing databases and software to ensure usability.
- A/B Testing and Optimization : Develop and execute A/B testing and lead nurture flow strategies, optimizing campaigns and programs.
- Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Performance Measurement : Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Sales Support : Provide robust support to the sales team through weekly marketing updates.
Job Requirements:
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university required.
- 2+ years of related experience in demand generation or marketing role. Preference is for marketing experience to be within the medical device/dental sector.

- Strong analytical skills used to drive decision-making and report effectiveness.
- Proven ability to work independently to drive initiatives, communicate in a proactive and timely manner, and raise concerns when issues arise.
- Strong attention to detail in communications and operational execution.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively work within the team.
- A high degree of intellectual curiosity and effective time management skills.
- Dental/medical device industry experience preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, sales team members, customers, and the general public.
- Up to 10% overnight travel; to customers, tradeshows, dealer meetings, and other business-related travel.

$101,600 - $152,400
