As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will help drive LegalZoom’s growth by shaping product vision and consumer perception across our business product portfolio. You will also contribute to the optimization of our product experiences, focusing on cultivating the long-term relationship we form with our customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, launch, and grow our services and customer base. You are creative, strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong communication, relationship building and project management skills. As an accomplished product marketer, you have experience partnering with product managers and large cross-functional teams to bring products/services to life. You pride yourself in thinking like our consumers and business partners, and you have a track record for delivering insights-driven marketing plans that produce excellent business results. You have experience mentoring more junior members on the team and work collaboratively across all areas of the organization.You will

Establish positioning, packaging and pricing for your business portfolio of productsRecommend commercialization and campaign opportunities to meet or exceed business goalsDevelop go-to-market strategies to support product launches and drive conversions and revenueOwn the end-to-end business customer journey, delivering a delightful experience that ensures a long-term relationship with LegalZoomUnderstand the competitive landscape – be an expert on our competition and how they position themselves with commercialization, claims, messaging, and product journeysMonitor business health, trends, and changing consumer needs to develop actions plans for your business segmentsInfluence product strategy, testing, research and content roadmaps to optimize our positionSpearhead market research projects for your portfolio to better understand the market and gather intelligence to help inform pricing, product features and benefits, and messagingCreate and optimize claims and messaging that will resonate with prospective customersDevelop and maintain sales collateral to support sales teamsWork with Marketing, Product Management, UX/Creative, Sales, Customer Care, PR, Engineering, Legal, Business Development to ensure a great customer experienceYou have

8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Product MarketingExperience driving nationwide campaigns, communications, go-to-market initiatives, and revenueAbility to apply consumer insights, research and testing to drive world-class marketing strategyExperience developing pricing and promotion strategiesExperience with A/B testing, aligning on KPI’s, tracking and interpreting results, and recommending go-forward next stepsExperience influencing product strategy, design and development timelines and processesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable presenting to executives and partnersStrong experience writing creative briefsSuccess working with product, creative, sales, legal, finance, operations, customer service and quality assurance teamsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or higher degree preferredRemote Employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processesLegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is $121,500 - $157,500. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
