This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Executive Director, Digital Marketing in the Digital Marketing Department.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project manage theatrical title campaigns, and support teamHelp plan and coordinate social calendars, digital development and influencer activations including partnering with agencies and internal teams to ensure organization and alignment on scope, paperwork, deliverables, and performanceOrganize access/admin credentials for social channels around the worldOrganize and update shared team documents to support project management (budgets, link directories, asset management, department shared drive, etc.)Archive and liaise with international brand teams on social creative assets.Stay abreast of solutions and tools to help manage volume of campaignsManage incoming and outgoing PO’s for the team, while keeping track of budgets and spending for all titlesLiaise with internal teams including cross-functional marketing departments, Legal, Media, Domestic Digital, Creative Content, Creative, etc.Competitive review & report of other studio releasesAssist in creating filmmaker & vendor presentation decksPrepare reports in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word as requiredCollect and analyze information using various native analytics and other social listening tools- aggregating social reaction to materialsBasic qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum 1 year experience supporting an executive, agent or managerDesired skills:
Entertainment experienceProficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet softwareGood oral and written communication skillsGood organizational and project coordination skillsADDITIONAL INFORMATIONHiring Salary Range: $47,000.00 - 53,000.00.The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
