Sales/Marketing Specialist
to drive business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our rapidly growing company by managing and developing client relationships, leveraging social media, and utilizing innovative sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: Identify, capture, and manage new leads and accounts. Assist in marketing efforts through
social media and other account-facing platforms . Maintain and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Present company services and pricing clearly and compellingly. Research and monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments. Prospect and build client relationships through
cold calling, networking, and referrals . Keep accurate and up-to-date client and sales records using our
CRM system . Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently by developing effective solutions. Utilize
Zoom and social media
to connect with
real estate professionals
nationwide and promote advertising sales. Adapt AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and execution. Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent
communication and customer service
skills with a customer-first approach. Strong
negotiation skills
and the ability to close deals effectively. Exceptional
time management
and organizational abilities. Strong
written and verbal communication
skills. High level of
ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail . Self-motivated
Go-Getter
with a passion for driving business growth. Basic knowledge of social media is required
; expertise in social media marketing is a plus. Willingness to learn and implement
AI-driven marketing tools .
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$40,000 + Commission Commission Structure:
2%
for handling house accounts 2.5%
for handling house leads 4%
for new leads/accounts Additional

Full-time
(40+ hours/week, 5 days) Monday to Friday
