Marketing/Demand Generation Specialist

Nesco Resource is working with their client in New Milford CT to identify a Marketing/Demand Generation Specialist.
The Demand Generation Specialists works with the Generation Manager and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads.
Duties and responsibilities:
Work with Marketing, to develop and implement demand-generation strategies and campaigns Telemarketing follow-up with online and tradeshow leads and other telemarketing campaigns. Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels. Identify and target potential customers through effective lead-generation strategies and research. Collaborate with the sales team to create and define successful sales strategies. Work with the Marketing Manager to measure the success of activities. Track and analyze lead generation efforts to measure ROI and optimize performance. Implement automation workflows to streamline lead assignment and follow-up processes. Ensure that leads are not lost or neglected during the sales process. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving customer retention and satisfaction. Manage monthly Customer Satisfaction reports for ISO. Design and implement comprehensive demand-generation campaigns to attract and engage target audiences. Campaigns/activities to include but not limited to: Utilize a mix of channels, including telemarketing, email marketing, and social media, to drive demand. Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Spotler. Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action. Implement effective retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and convert leads. Utilize Infor CRM to segment and nurture leads at various sales funnel stages. Create compelling and relevant content for various stages of the buyer's journey in the form of emails and nurture campaigns. Nurture campaigns through both telemarketing and email activities. Manage and optimize paid search advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads. Implement effective retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and convert leads.
Qualifications Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent phone manners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
