The

Digital Marketing Director

will be responsible for crafting, executing, and managing the organization's digital marketing strategies across diverse channels including social media, email campaigns, website content, and paid advertising. The primary objectives of the role is to elevate brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales by analyzing data and optimizing campaigns to meet marketing goals. This role will collaborate closely with Marketing Coordinators, company leadership, sales managers, 3rd party marketing firm, and external vendors to launch campaigns, oversee projects, and align marketing strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess prior leadership experience, strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Director: Develop Comprehensive Marketing Plans and Budgets -

Create and manage the marketing plans and budgets for each division/brand within the organization. Collaborate with Division Heads -

Work closely with division heads to gather information, assess needs, and develop strategies and campaigns that effectively reach existing customers and attract new ones. Establish and Maintain Marketing Partnerships -

Identify key marketing partners, maintain ongoing relationships, and ensure marketing objectives are met and budgets are adhered to. Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance -

Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Create Engaging Content Strategies -

Develop engaging content strategies for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. Manage Company Websites -

Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of each company's website to drive lead generation and engagement. Oversee Technology Resources -

Manage the technology resources utilized by the organization, including Salesforce and Sharp Spring, and identify new technologies that could enhance the sales process and lead generation. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies -

Create and execute social media strategies for all companies to engage with the target audience, build brand awareness, and drive traffic. Implement SEO Strategies -

Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website rankings in search results. Lead and Mentor Marketing Team -

Provide leadership and mentorship to a small marketing team of 2 people. Collaborate with Vendors and Representatives -

Work closely with the company's vendors and manufacturer representatives for traditional media, graphic design, promotional products, and digital marketing. Update Printed Materials -

Update printed brochures and handouts to support the Parts, Service, and Sales departments. Qualifications of the Digital Marketing Director: Experienced with Leadership and Team Management -

Ability to lead, be apart of the leadership team, mentor others, and take full ownership of the marketing department. Extensive Experience in Digital Marketing -

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. Strategic Planning -

Strong ability to develop and execute long-term strategic marketing plans that align with business goals. Analytical Skills -

Strong ability to analyze data, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. Project Management -

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Content Creation -

Experience in creating engaging content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Website Management -

Proficiency in managing website design, functionality, and user experience to drive lead generation and engagement. SEO Proficiency -

Strong understanding and implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance website rankings. Technology Savvy -

Familiarity with marketing technology tools like CRMs, Office 365 applications (such as Salesforce & Sharp Spring) and other relevant platforms to improve sales and lead generation processes. Collaboration Skills -

Ability to work effectively with division heads, vendors, manufacturer representatives, and external partners to achieve marketing goals. Budget Management -

Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets to ensure objectives are met within financial constraints. Adaptability -

Ability to stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies and outcomes. Traditional Media Knowledge -
