Our future ACD - Copy is a content-machine that uses their design skills to turn good ideas into holy-crap experiences. In this position, you'll focus on producing work that fuels brands every. single. day. You'll oversee a group of more junior creatives and provide direction, hone craft, and help with development. And you'll be surrounded by a team that's just as passionate about creating individual touch points for consumers.

Responsibilities: Assist the Creative Director in the supervision and mentoring of junior creatives Lead a piece of business with passion, vision, and maturity Collaborate and closely partner with your Account and Strategy counterparts. Successfully integrate into the larger team and positively influence our work environment and agency culture. Develop and implement creative strategy Critique and direct revision of creative work Prepare creative work for internal and client review Approve of creative work before implementation of overall creative strategy Prepare and facilitate creative presentations to both internal stakeholders and clients Interview prospective talent, offer feedback and approve of new hires brought onto the team Provide detailed information and cost estimates to assure accurate data on which to plan and develop functional objectives and budgets, leading to stable and profitable accounts Participate in new business efforts as directed Qualifications: Willing to be based out of or relocate to Chicago, IL metro area. Relocation assistance is offered to candidates willing to relocate Client communication plan and campaign objectives are met. Creative work is outstanding and on strategy. Work is on target, on time, and within budget. Account management morale on the account is positive, related to the creative relationship. Client and agency management express confidence in leadership abilities. Teamwork is well represented in national and/or international award shows. Client satisfaction ratings are high.
