Key Role: Assume responsibility for UX, design, branding and digital storytelling for new product incubations for BAH’s mission customer ecosystem. Join the product development and management team and focus on building great products and balancing that experience with strategic foresight and leadership to adapt as needed along the product development journey. Explore all aspects of a user’s experience, establishing a complete understanding of their needs and preferences through a variety of tools and techniques, including extensive market research, ethnographic research, and usability testing. Work as a UX designer, service designer, digital analyst, and as part of the product development team to continually test, ideate, validate, and improve designs up to and beyond product launch. Act as a storyteller, translating research into actionable user insights for clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in leading the design and storytelling of large-scale technology product offerings Experience in UX and design for enterprise or consumer technology products Experience in applying new and innovative design or UX approaches Experience in collaborating effectively with engineering and product management teams Experience in running qualitative and quantitative user research for UX and design Bachelor’s degree Additional Qualifications:
