As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be instrumental in keeping the team organized and efficient. You’ll support campaign planning, track key initiatives, manage budget allocations, and provide performance insights that drive marketing efficiency. Assist in planning and organizing marketing initiatives to ensure smooth execution. Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring key milestones are met. Support the team in managing priorities and timelines for ongoing campaigns.
Budget & Performance Tracking
Monitor and track budget allocations, ensuring spending aligns with approved plans. Assist with fulfillment tracking and reconciliation of media investments. Work closely with department leads to support reporting on spend efficiency.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Help collect, organize, and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights. Assist in compiling reports on key performance metrics to support optimization efforts. Work with marketing analytics teams to ensure accurate data tracking and attribution. Assist with competitor analysis and other market research efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support campaign managers in daily operational needs, allowing them to focus on strategic growth. Coordinate with creative, analytics, and media teams to streamline workflows and processes. Assist in documentation and internal communications to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Analytical mindset with experience working with data to support marketing insights. Basic familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker). A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow in performance marketing.
