Creative Arts & Media Program Head
to develop and lead an engaging, hands-on program for our campers. About the Role As the
Creative Arts & Media Program Head , you’ll oversee a dynamic program that includes:
Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application. Woodworking Model Rocketry Music STEM Lego & Robotics Media Arts (Broadcasting, Podcasting, Animation, Videography) You’ll be responsible for
designing and delivering activities , training and supervising staff, maintaining facilities and equipment, and fostering a
safe and creative
environment for campers of all skill levels. What You’ll Do Develop and implement creative arts & media activities tailored to different age groups Train and mentor staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed Oversee scheduling, lesson planning, and program success Contribute to camp-wide events, evening programs, and special projects Maintain a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment for all campers What We’re Looking For Experience in one or more of the program areas (teaching, coaching, or hands-on leadership) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for working with kids in a
fast-paced, high-energy
camp setting Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and
bring the fun
