dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

to build and lead a top-tier marketing organization. Reporting directly to the

CEO , you will leverage your strategic mindset and data-driven insights to craft high-impact initiatives. You’ll shape, implement, and optimize go-to-market strategies and brand activation to drive measurable growth. What You’ll Do Own the overarching marketing vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Arootah’s broader business goals Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market plans for multiple business lines, products, and services Inspire a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement Collaborate with executive leadership, leveraging your expertise to strengthen Arootah’s market position and brand recognition What We’re Looking For Education:

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred Experience: 12+ years in marketing with progressive leadership roles At least 5 years managing teams at the Director level or above (CMO, SVP, or equivalent) B2B and/or B2C marketing experience targeting alternative investment managers, family offices, or investment-focused audiences Demonstrated success in the alternative investments, coaching, or wellness sector is a plus Hands-on experience with analytics and ad platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager) Strong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) Skills: Proven ability to unify brand vision and revenue generation strategies Strong analytical, strategic, and creative mindset Exceptional communication, writing, and leadership abilities Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment Why Join Arootah? $200,000 - $250,000 a year Estimated Compensation:

$200,000 – $250,000 base salary + performance-based incentives + participation in our Revenue Sharing & Equity Plan (RSEP)—a unique wealth-building program that offers revenue-sharing distributions and equity participation, aligning incentives and enabling all employees to share in the company’s ongoing success and potential future liquidity events. Perks With Us: This is a remote position (though we expect this person to be based in the NYC Metro area), and we are a fully remote organization at present other than meetings in NYC and seminars and various events/networking opportunities that are done in NYC and elsewhere. However, we are in the process of establishing a physical office space in NYC to promote collaboration, cultural enhancement and client-facing opportunities. While we recognize that there are major pros to remote work, we also recognize the value of in-person connection and are embracing a hybrid approach for those who we feel it makes the best sense for in the organization.
