To further elevate their brand and create impactful campaigns, they are seeking a Video Content & Social Media Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly creative and results-driven marketer with a passion for producing viral campaigns and engaging content that resonates with professional audiences. The Role The Video Content & Social Media Marketing Manager will play a critical role in the company’s marketing strategy, leveraging creativity and data-driven insights to create engaging content, social media strategies, and experiential campaigns. Reporting to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, driving social media growth, and crafting viral campaigns—including innovative activations such as flash mobs, pop-ups, or guerrilla stunts—to position the brand as an industry leader. Key Responsibilities

Video Content Production

Oversee the end-to-end creation of video content, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing. Develop content tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter, balancing thought leadership with shareable trends. Work closely with product and design teams to create explainer videos, customer success stories, and engaging educational materials. Design and implement innovative social media campaigns to grow engagement, followers, and brand recognition. Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, events, and key industry milestones. Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.

Viral Campaign & Activation Management

Conceptualize and execute unique, buzz-worthy campaigns, including experiential activations (e.g., flash mobs, guerrilla marketing stunts). Collaborate with influencers, customers, and partners to amplify reach and create shareable content moments. Stay ahead of trends, using real-time opportunities to craft campaigns that resonate with professional audiences.

Brand Storytelling & Voice

Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice, ensuring alignment across all content and messaging. Partner with leadership to develop thought leadership pieces and industry-specific content that strengthens the company’s market position. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to align marketing activities with business objectives. Manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.

Technical Skills: Expertise in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), social media platforms, and analytics tools. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing content for a professional audience.
