Job Description:
We are seeking a
Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Software
to lead the go-to-market strategy, product messaging and positioning for our industry-leading solar software solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, leading product and market growth strategies for the company's software and digital application technologies.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing, preferably in energy, solar + storage, or industrial technology, with a proven ability to translate complex software technology into compelling value propositions. This role requires close coordination with product, sales and marketing, and sales enablement teams, as well as directly with customers for key insights. The role will also work closely with Nextracker's
Digital Transformation team
to drive the adoption and engagement of emerging digital applications to enhance customer experience.
The
Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Software
will lead product marketing initiatives for Nextracker's cutting-edge software solutions, including
TrueCapture™, NX Navigator™, and other emerging digital applications
to drive adoption and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Software Marketing Leadership : Develop multi-channel product marketing strategies, lead and coordinate launch activities, branding & positioning in concert with marketing. Value Proposition & Storytelling : Craft clear, differentiated, and compelling product messaging that translates complex technology into customer-centric benefits. Sales Enablement : Equip sales teams with tools, content, and training to drive new sales opportunities, including presentations, demos, case studies, and playbooks. Digital Analytics & Optimization : Utilize analytics to measure and optimize user adoption, engagement, and retention for digital applications and portals. Distribution Strategy:
Enhance online channels and self-service adoption. User Adoption Growth : Develop strategies, tools, programs to increase customer engagement. Content Development : Drive product marketing collateral, working closely with marketing, sales and product management. Thought Leadership : Highlight Nextracker's awareness of user needs and software leadership through white papers, blog posts, webinars, and customer success stories. Market Research & Analysis : Develop and apply product strategy, messaging and positioning with situational awareness. Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, global sales and marketing teams to develop strategic product roadmaps and market strategy. Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS, solar, energy, or industrial technology. Proven go-to-market leadership, successfully launching and marketing creative
enterprise software, customer portals, and digital applications . Strong
storytelling skills
with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions. Experience
aligning and adapting campaigns with agile development
cycles. Experience driving
user adoption of digital applications , including onboarding strategies, engagement campaigns, and retention programs. Understanding of
digital analytics
and how to use data to optimize user adoption and engagement. Strong understanding of
sales processes and customer journey mapping
to ensure software solutions integrate seamlessly into customer workflows. Experience conducting
market analysis
and product messaging and positioning. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus. Willing to travel. Why Nextracker?

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $140,000.00-$180,000.00.
