As a Sr. Channel Marketing Manager – Field Marketing, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives that enhance T-Mobile’s Channel Partner program, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, Partner Performance and business objectives. Your role will focus on developing and executing integrated marketing plans that foster partner engagement, grow pipeline and revenue, increase brand impact, and drive business growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing operations, analytics, and segment marketing) to ensure partners have the tools, insights, and strategies needed for success. If you are a strategic marketer with a passion for building relationships, driving measurable results, and executing impactful campaigns, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities :
Act as a brand champion
for T-Mobile within the
Channel Partner ecosystem , ensuring marketing initiatives align with company, segment and channel objectives. Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Partner organizations, ensuring seamless alignment of marketing efforts. Leverage data and analytics
to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
such as
ROI, partner engagement, customer acquisition costs (CPGA), and campaign effectiveness .
Drive continuous improvement
by proactively identifying new marketing opportunities and providing strategic recommendations. Contribute to quarterly and annual marketing strategy planning , ensuring alignment with business growth objectives. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (Preferred) Work Experience : 7-10 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in Channel Partner marketing, or enablement. Channel ecosystem exposure and proven ability to influence, motivate and adapt to meet business objectives. Ability to show progressive growth and demonstrable experience in implementing successful field marketing plans. • At least 18 years of age

The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
