The Role: Head of Marketing & Growth As the Head of Marketing & Growth, you will own and execute all marketing initiatives, driving both brand presence and product adoption. This is a high-impact, early-stage role requiring a strategic visionary who thrives in ambiguity and can build a comprehensive marketing function from the ground up. You will translate our pioneering technology into compelling market offerings, positioning Frontera Health as a leader in pediatric healthcare and catalyzing our rapid growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Execution: Define and execute a holistic marketing and growth strategy aligned with Frontera Health’s mission and business objectives. Develop a comprehensive roadmap that integrates brand, product, digital, and growth marketing initiatives. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and assess the competitive landscape in pediatric early intervention and developmental disorders. Leverage insights to inform targeted marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. Build and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and service expansions, ensuring alignment with overall business growth strategies. Drive customer acquisition and engagement through innovative digital and traditional marketing channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, clinical teams, sales, and external partners to ensure a unified approach to market entry and growth. Work collaboratively to integrate marketing strategies with overall business operations. Performance Measurement & Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts and adjust strategies for maximum impact. Proven track record in building and scaling comprehensive marketing functions from the ground up, ideally in high-growth or startup environments. Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a preference for experience in pediatrics, early intervention, or behavioral health. Demonstrated success in integrating product, brand, digital, and growth marketing to drive significant business outcomes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences. Experience working with AI/ML-powered products is a significant plus.
