Marketing Analytics is a part of Humana’s Marketing Organization, supporting marketing initiatives with actionable data and insights across the full consumer lifecycle. We champion a holistic marketing measurement strategy to ensure campaign results are measured with a consistent approach throughout all touchpoints of the consumer funnel. We are seeking a talented data professional and experienced leader to join our team as a Director of Integrated Marketing Analytics working remote anywhere in the US. As the Director of Integrated Marketing Analytics (internally known as Director, Data Science), you will play a critical role in building out: Brand to demand marketing measurement framework across Humana & CenterWell to enable & ensure sustainable full-funnel growth for our businesses Consistent end to end customer journey analytics for our members & patients driving to optimal and memorable experiences while ensuring efficient spend of marketing dollars Establishing marketing analytic COE’s across our test & learn and modeling practices to enable speed/scalability of learnings and model delivery while adhering to Humana’s model risk standards In this role, you will manage and help build out a team while collaborating with various areas, including marketing analytic peers, marketing line of business leaders, data engineers, and more. You will help identify opportunities for marketing across advanced analytics, scalability of test and learns and be instrumental in driving modeling best practices. Additionally, as the Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of Humana’s marketing analytics capabilities, driving optimal member and patient experiences, and ensuring the efficient deployment of marketing spend. Key Role Functions Strategic Leadership: Bring Humana’s marketing data science strategy to life, by helping align initiatives with business objectives, that are rooted in optimal member experiences and sustainable growth. Brand to Demand Measurement: In partnership with the marketing analytics lead team, lead the design, development, and implementation of our full funnel marketing measurement Within this framework, be able to clearly articulate the impact of brand equity to base as well as the incremental contributions of marketing across channels and segments Help to establish multivariate testing frameworks that can be applied across our go to market strategies Help to scale winning tests at speed across our various lines of business where appropriate Customer Journey Analytics: Proven experience leveraging Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to be able to optimize across customer touchpoints to improve campaign performance and customer satisfaction Deep experience within business intelligence platforms (e.g. PowerBI) to help articulate overall audience reachability by channel, audience engagement, and self-service insights to our marketing business partners Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Champion advanced analytics and identify opportunities for further application of advanced analytics Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies Team Leadership and Development: Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment and mentor team members to reach their full potential Establish best practice routines and processes to ensure the efficient creation of high-quality AI systems Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics 5+ years of people leadership experience Demonstrated experience in implementing unified marketing measurement frameworks (including but not limited to MMM, MTA) Demonstrated experience across the Adobe marketing stack with a focus in Customer Journey Analytics Deep experience in digital analytics and unifying online/offline measurement Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills and executive presence Ability to lead in a matrixed structure and work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Deep expertise of machine learning techniques and methodologies Experience in a leadership role within an AI or data science team Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $172,200 - $236,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
