Our client is seeking a Senior Producer and Project Manager to extend brand and visual identity of its streaming service to all consumer touchpoints, including, but not limited to, ads, product marketing, instore and packaging artwork, social media, sales and training materials and more. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will also play a pivotal role in managing the production of all work created by the Brand Studio team and helping to manage progress, coordinate across teams, manage workflow and capacity, and resource accordingly.

The role requires someone with experience with audio and video production as well as photography and print who can operate with both producer and project management responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead required production efforts across the team as it relates to video, audio, and graphics Establish and manage an intake process and ensure proper requirements have been delivered Responsible for creating timelines, managing expectations with stakeholders, and maintaining constant communication across all contributors Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget nalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Track and analyze impact of team over time as it relates to finance and investment Report project outcomes and / or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Coordinate and manage agencies, studios, and other external creative resources for work not being created internally

Required Skills:

6-8 years of experience working as a producer and / or project manager Proficient in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Experience in working with Asana is a plus, but not required Experience in video and digital production - specifically as it relates to interacting with motion designers, art directors, and coordinating with studios Experience in print production - specifically as it relates to photoshoots, and a plus if there is experience with printing production (packaging, etc.) Must be organized, communicative, and able to work autonomously, partnering with stakeholders Comfortable presenting work to team, partners, and leadership Role is in-office (Philadelphia) Monday - Thursday; work from home on Fridays.
