Job Description
Jan-Pro of Northeast Wisconsin is excited to announce an opening in our growing Regional Office for a Communication Customer Service Coordinator This is a dynamic position, using organization and effective communication skills. Position requires a self-motivated, driven person with a servant leadership mentality. This requires a customer service mindset with a knowledge of the role Jan-Pro serves on behalf of both the Certified Business Owner (CBO) and the Cleaning Client (CC). Ultimately responsible for developing and fostering the relationship between the CBO and their customer, the CC. The primary objective of the Communication Coordinator is to aid in prolonging the relationship between the CBO and CC by making courtesy service calls to the CC on behalf of the CBO and using the results of those calls to initiate an on-sight Quality Audit or provide topics for business development and growth that is then provided by the Business Consultants (BC). The support given to the CBO by the Communication Coordinator is to enhance the opportunity for the CBO to get a better return on their investment in the Jan-Pro brand by providing longevity in their specific account opportunities. This is achieved by the proactivity of the courtesy service call and results in ongoing business training and development received from the Business Consultant Team.
This objective is accomplished by following the Jan-Pro Model, use of skills to promote proactive communication and use the local resources of the Business Consultant Team and Regional Franchise Developer.
